Right to Information (RTI)
The Right to Information (RTI) Act, 2005 empowers citizens to request information from public authorities, promoting transparency and accountability. As an educational institution, the College provides information in accordance with the Act unless exempted under the provisions of the law.
How to Request Information
- Submit a written application containing your name, postal address, contact number, and a clear description of the information required.
- Applications may be submitted physically at the college office or sent by email to the Designated PIO (see contact details below).
- Attach the prescribed RTI fee (as per the RTI rules) or follow the applicable state fee guidelines. If paying by demand draft or postal order, address it to the college office.
- If you do not receive a reply within the statutory period, you may file an appeal as provided under the RTI Act.
